Lovely hotel in a busy area so close to the restaurant and airport, the hospital and other instances. Staff was outstandingly accommodating and incredibly kind, and facilities were NEW here.

Our favourite, brand-new hotel in Istanbul with amazingly kind and extremely friendly staff. Central location not far from the Mall of Istanbul as well as the train station, markets and tramway station, quiet atmosphere. What a good stay, no complains at all😃

The hotel was great, liked garden view from our a double room. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The staff was amazingly kind and extremely friendly when needed. The location was favourable, in the area of Bağcılar with easy access to shopping malls and a market.

The rooms are extremely spacious and well airconditioned with comfy beds, so that guests have essentials.

Nothing to complain about, I had an enjoyable stay and would want to stay there again. Fairly clean, hip new hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed reasonably large and well furnished rooms and extremely friendly staff. The location was particularly good for first time visitors to Istanbul. Easily reached Yeniden, located at a short distance from the property, had lunch/dinner there. The breakfast was good, all meals were outstanding.

I had a really comfortable stay here. Everything in the room was clean and tidy, and I appreciated that it was maintained well every day. The staff was really friendly and prompt with all my requests, and I even got to enjoy the room service! The breakfast was satisfying as well. Plus, the location was great as it was close to some shopping centers, which was perfect for me.

Clean hotel, services were polite and location was particularly good and great far away from main attractions. Location: the venue was close enough to taxi and Istanbul by car and the train station. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Urfa'dan Kebapci that was only 15 minutes' walk away...

Wow, my new year stay was fantastic! The spacious rooms were spotlessly clean and had the most comfortable beds. The hotel was situated in a prime location, which made shopping accessible and convenient transportation available. The hotel staff was friendly and always gave a warm welcome. The breakfast was heavenly, offering a variety of delicious foods and beverages. The icing on the cake was the welcoming dessert that was simply delightful!

While the hotel had many good qualities, there were some negatives. The hotel required better maintenance as some of the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly.

Smiling and excellent entrance drink, newly opened professional team, helpful and interested staff, modern design rooms, large clean and comfortable beds, halal and delicious breakfast. Was mind-blowing!
